Dr. ALi AHSAN was born on 6 January 1991 in Kushtia, Bangladesh. His father is a retired government service holder and his mother is a housewife. He is the elder of two brothers. He is married and the father of two kids. He completed his secondary and higher secondary school from Cantt. Public School and College, BUSMS, Dinajpur. By training, he is a physician. He completed his MBBS from Rangpur Medical College, Rangpur. He has completed the certificate course in Diabetology. He also has Post graduate training in General Surgery. He worked as an indoor medical officer at Enam Medical college hospital. He completed his masters in Public Health from BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University. He is also working as Research Medical Officer and coordinating the NCD surveillance project. He is also the coordinator for the center of excellence for non-communicable disease and nutrition here at the BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University.
