Short Biography

I am a Management and Coordination-oriented professional with expertise in external stakeholders’ relationship management, client satisfaction, and retention, and people management. As an Associate IRB & Grant Management (Research) for BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University, I currently process human research submission, including basic pre-review of studies, communicate with researchers and reviewers as well, develop and process IRB-related documentation, collaborate with PIs to develop, execute and evaluate strategic grant management plan, maintain profit objectives, and analyze future trends. In all the roles that I have held, I have fostered strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and strategic associates. Working as an Associate IRB & Grant Management with BRAC JPGSPH, BRAC University, I exceeded all my targets. I simultaneously gained respect from staff and SMC Senior Management Committee through effective communication and liaison.
