Short Biography

With the desire to work at the field level and understand the community's dynamics through research, I have finished my Master of Development Studies from BRAC University. Previously I completed my bachelor's in Media and Communications focusing on Development Communications from Independent University Bangladesh (IUB). After performing my duties as a volunteer at Volunteer service overseas (VSO) under UK-aid and management trainee officer (MTO) at Akter group, I have joined BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health. Here I got my first real-life exposure to “Research.” As I have already experienced working at the field level during VSO volunteering, I have fused both these exposures and started my career in research. I have expressed my interest in both qualitative and quantitative studies. I am also interested in photography and videography documentaries with editing skills. In the future, I want to continue my research activities to the next level.
